Privacy & cookie notice
This notice explains what personal data Vidda365 collects through vidda365.com and how it is used. Vidda365 is a Singapore-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management consultancy and is the data controller for this website. As a Singapore-based organisation, Vidda365 handles personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); if you are located elsewhere, additional local laws may also apply to you.
What we collect
There are four ways we may receive data from you:
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept cookies we use PostHog to record which pages you visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, referrer, and basic device and browser information. This is used solely to understand which parts of the site are useful. The analytics script itself is not loaded until you accept. Declining, dismissing the banner, or leaving it unanswered means it is never fetched.
- Booking a call. The "Book a call" link takes you to Microsoft Bookings to schedule a free discovery call. Scheduling a time shares your name, email address, and any details you enter with Microsoft as the operator of that booking system; Vidda365 receives the booking to prepare for and conduct the call. See Microsoft's privacy statement for how Microsoft Bookings itself handles that data.
- Email. If you email hello@vidda365.com we keep the correspondence in order to reply and, where relevant, to discuss an engagement.
- The Accelerated WMS proposal generator. The proposal generator calculates and shows your estimate on screen without requiring any personal data. If you choose to send the proposal to us, you provide your name, work email, company, and optionally a phone number, along with your warehouse answers and the resulting cost estimate. When you submit, these details are sent to our business inbox through our form-delivery provider (see Where your data goes). Nothing is sent until you choose to submit.
How we collect it
We collect personal data in two ways:
- Directly from you. When you book a discovery call through Microsoft Bookings, email us directly, or use the Accelerated WMS proposal generator's send-to-us form, the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, company, and warehouse details) comes from you.
- Automatically, with your consent. When you accept analytics cookies, our analytics provider collects browsing information automatically as you move through the site. Without your consent no analytics script is loaded and no automatic collection takes place.
Why we collect it / legal basis
We process personal data only for the purposes described in this notice, and only as far as the PDPA permits:
- Consent. Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by choosing "Accept all" or enabling the Analytics category in the cookie settings. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Initiating a business relationship. Your name, email address, and enquiry details, including any details you submit through the proposal generator, are processed on what the PDPA describes as a reasonable expectation basis or for purposes connected to your enquiries, such as arranging a call and responding to you. This processing serves our legitimate business need to respond to enquiries and evaluate a potential engagement with you.
How it's used
The personal data described above is used only for the reason it was provided: analytics data to understand how the site is used and where it can be improved, booking details to arrange and prepare for a discovery call, email correspondence to respond to your enquiry, and proposal-generator submissions to send you what you asked for and to follow up once about a possible engagement. We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it or use it for behavioural advertising.
Cookies and storage
Analytics is disabled until you choose "Accept". Until then the analytics script is not loaded, no
analytics cookies are set, and no events are sent. If you accept, PostHog sets first-party cookies (named
ph_*) and uses browser storage to recognise a returning visit. We also store your consent
choice itself in your browser's local storage under the key ns-cookie-consent; this is
strictly necessary to remember your decision and is not used for tracking. We set no advertising cookies.
Cookie inventory
The table below lists the cookies and storage used on this site and the tools that set them. It is updated whenever a tool is added or removed.
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ns-cookie-consent (localStorage) |
Necessary | Remembers your consent choice | Until cleared | First-party |
ph_* cookies and storage |
Analytics | PostHog: page views, referrer, approximate location, device/browser info | Session / persistent per PostHog defaults | First-party |
No marketing or advertising tools are installed, and no cookies are set by third-party advertising networks.
Where your data goes
PostHog Inc. processes analytics data on our behalf on servers in the United States. Since this involves transferring personal data outside Singapore, we rely on PostHog's standard contractual safeguards for that transfer to keep it to a standard comparable to the protection required under the PDPA. Form submissions from the proposal generator are delivered to our business inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which relays the submission by email and does not use it for any other purpose. Web3Forms may process that data outside Singapore, and we rely on its terms and safeguards for the transfer. No analytics or form data is sold, and none is used for advertising or shared with any other third party beyond what's needed to deliver it. Email is handled by our business email provider.
Retention
Analytics data is retained by PostHog under its standard retention period. Email correspondence, including form submissions, is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry and our business records.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the link, which is also in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics collection immediately. Blocking cookies in your browser also prevents analytics; the site works normally either way. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a decline and do not show the cookie banner.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to object to its processing. Under the PDPA you may also request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you. Vidda365's contact point for data protection matters, including PDPA enquiries, is hello@vidda365.com. Email us there to exercise any of these rights or to ask a question about this notice.
Data breach notifications
Vidda365 will notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as required under the PDPA's data breach notification provisions if we become aware of a data breach involving personal data that poses a significant risk of harm.
Changes
This site is a pre-launch preview and this notice will be updated as services go live. The date above reflects the most recent change. If the policy changes in a way that affects your choices, the cookie banner will ask you to reconsider your preferences.
