What is the difference between Accelerated WMS and Tailored WMS?

Accelerated WMS is for standard processes on a defined timeline: a base package from S$250,000, live in as little as 12 weeks, with fixed-price upgrades. Tailored WMS is for advanced, exception-heavy processes, automation and robotics, or a multi-site network, and is scoped and quoted after discovery.

What is included in the Accelerated WMS base package?

One warehouse and one legal entity; receive, put away, wave picking, pack stations, ship, pallet-level receiving, put-away and staging, batch and expiry control (FEFO) and basic cycle counting; template-based data loads (2 test loads and 1 production load); 3 standard labels; the warehouse app on your devices; standard workspaces and Power BI reports; UAT scripts with one 2-week round; remote train-the-trainer; and 2 weeks of onsite go-live support.

How are Accelerated WMS upgrades priced?

Each upgrade has a fixed price, valid when the option comes with a clear, predefined requirement definition. If an option needs analysis or more detailed design, it moves to the Tailored WMS approach. Integrations are always scoped with you. Build your Accelerated WMS to see your total.

What if our warehouse is not ready to go live?

Go-live waits until your floor is ready, at no extra cost: more time for training and enablement, or for a critical extension or integration to land. Our services pause during that time and pick up again when you are ready.

What does the WMS Health Check cover?

An independent read on a WMS that is live or mid-build: your data, process and configuration checked against what happens on the floor, every gap traced to its root cause, and written findings you can act on. It is S$4,500 for new customers (standard price S$15,000).
