Privacy & cookie notice
This notice explains what personal data Vidda365 collects through vidda365.com and how it is used. Vidda365 is a Singapore-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management consultancy and is the data controller for this website. As a Singapore-based organisation, Vidda365 handles personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); if you are located elsewhere, additional local laws may also apply to you.
What we collect
This site has no contact form or account system. There are three ways we may receive data from you:
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept cookies we use PostHog to record which pages you visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, referrer, and basic device and browser information. This is used solely to understand which parts of the site are useful. The analytics script itself is not loaded until you accept - declining, dismissing the banner, or leaving it unanswered means it is never fetched.
- Booking a call. The "Book a call" link takes you to Microsoft Bookings to schedule a free discovery call. Scheduling a time shares your name, email address, and any details you enter with Microsoft as the operator of that booking system; Vidda365 receives the booking to prepare for and conduct the call. - Email. If you email hello@vidda365.com we keep the correspondence in order to reply and, where relevant, to discuss an engagement.
Cookies and storage
Analytics is disabled until you choose "Accept". Until then the analytics script is not loaded, no
analytics cookies are set, and no events are sent. If you accept, PostHog sets first-party cookies (named
ph_*) and uses browser storage to recognise a returning visit. We also store your consent
choice itself in your browser's local storage under the key ns-cookie-consent; this is
strictly necessary to remember your decision and is not used for tracking. We set no advertising cookies.
Where your data goes
PostHog Inc. processes analytics data on our behalf on servers in the United States. Since this involves transferring personal data outside Singapore, we rely on PostHog's standard contractual safeguards for that transfer to keep it to a standard comparable to the protection required under the PDPA. No analytics data is sold, and none is used for advertising or shared with any other third party. Email is handled by our business email provider.
Retention
Analytics data is retained by PostHog under its standard retention period. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry and our business records.
Your choices
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the link, which is also in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics collection immediately. Blocking cookies in your browser also prevents analytics; the site works normally either way.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to object to its processing.
